Job Title: WLD Intern
Salary: Unpaid
Job Description: Reporting to the Head of Office, the WLD intern's role will be to provide general administrative support to the WLD Executive Committee and the Head of Office. These duties will be varied, and include helping to prepare the quarterly magazine and undertaking research on policy and campaign matters.
Person Specification: The WLD intern should have a passion for politics and a commitment to increasing the participation of women in politics. They will need to have a flexible approach to work and a readiness to complete a variety of tasks. Experience of website management is essential. Experience of Adobe PagePlus or other professional DTP packages is desired.
The post will be for two days a week (preferably Thursdays and Fridays), ideally for a minimum of three months but this is negotiable.
